4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED ORDINANCE NS-1055 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 667 FILED BY O. K. EARL COKPOEATION AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 8-5-9 (EXHIBIT AA 667 C) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 667 filed by O. K. EARL CORPORATION, proposing to reclassify from R 1 District to the LP District the property hereinbelow described; and said Commission, by its Resolution 5938, has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 667 C; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that said property be reclassified from the R 1 District to the LP District and that the new classifica- tion will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at that point where the center line of Sixth Street intersects the center line of Mabury Street; thence southerly along the center line of Mabury Street for a dis- tance of 283.9 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence southerly for a distance of 89.2 feet, more or less; thence easterly for a distance of 30 feet to a tangent curve; thence along said curve southeasterly for a distance of 62.8 feet, more or less; thence continuing southeasterly along the northeasterly line of Frontage Road for a distance of 484 feet, more or less; thence along a curve southeasterly for a distance of 26.2 feet, more or less; thence south 50 feet, to the center line of 4th Street; thence easterly along the center line of Fourth Street for a distance of 692.9 feet, more or less; thence northerly for a distance of 786.1 feet, more or less; thence westerly along a line approximately parallel to the center line of Sixth Street for a distance of 844.6 feet, more or less; thence southerly along a line approxi- mately parallel to the center line of Mabury Street for a distance of 153.9 feet, more or less; thence westerly for a distance of 130 feet, more or less, to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, is hereby reclassified from the R 1 District to the LP District, and Sectional District Map 8-5-9 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 667 C. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
