4/88 EXHIBIT NOT ATTACHED ORDINANCE NS-1079 CHANGING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION 681 FILED BY MICHAEL A. MADZOEFF AND AMENDING SECTIONAL DISTRICT MAP 11-5-10 (EXHIBIT AA 681 A) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and duly held a public hearing on Amendment Application 681 filed by MICHAEL A. MADZOEFF proposing to reclassify from the R-2 and c-2 Districts to the M-1 District the property hereinbelow described; and said Commission, by its Resolution 5958, has recommended APPROVAL of said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 681 A; and WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing on said reclassification on published notice as required by law and does now find that the public necessity, convenience, and general welfare require that said property be reclassified from the R-2 and C-2 Districts to the M-1 District, and that said reclassifications will'not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at that point where the center line of Fift~ Street intersects the center line of Hawley Street; thence northerly along the center line of Hawley Street for a distance of 305 feet, more or less; thence westerly along the center line of Sixth Street for a distance of 330 feet, more or less; thence southerly for a distance~of 150 feet, more or less; thence easterly for a distance of 25 feet, more or less; thence southerly for a distance of 155 feet, more or less, to the center line of Fifth Street; thence easterly along the center line of Fifth Street for a distance of 305 feet, more or less, to the center line of Hawley Street and the Point of Beginning, is hereby reclassified from the R-2 District and C-2 District to the M-1 District and Sectional District Map 11-5-10 is hereby amended to show said reclassification in accordance with Exhibit AA 681 A. SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after the date of its adoption.
