Tear off orange tile (9.8psf) and install brown tile (9.6psf) on sfd and attached garage. Replace roof sheathing as needed, hand out given. Inspector to verify ESR & CRRC. OWNER NOT TO DISPOSE OLD TILES UNTIL INSPECTOR HAS REVIEWED THE WEIGHT. INSPECTOR PLEASE VERIFY OLD TILES ARE SIMILAR WEIGHT AS THE NEW TILES (+ OR - 10PSF) IF NOT ENGINEERING WOULD BE REQUIRED.
