ORDINANCE NO. 1352 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF THAT CERTAIN <br />TERRITORY DEEIGNATED "EUNSHINE HOMES" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did <br />heretofore on the 3rd day of March, 1952 by Resolution No. 52-23 <br />declare its intention to annex certain uninhabited territory con- <br />tiguous to said City, which said Resolution was regularly pub- <br />lished in the Santa Aha Register, a newspaper of general circula- <br />tion printed and published in said City and in the Costa Mesa <br />Globe Herald, a newspaper published outside of said City but in <br />the County of Orange, said publications being made once a week for <br />two successive weeks prior to the public hearing on said proposed <br />annexation, which said public hearing was set by said Resolution <br />for the 7th day of April, 1952; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at said hearing there were no objections to said <br />proposed annexation and no written protest was filed by any person <br />against the same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />0RDAINASFOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION l: That after due hearing regularly held upon due <br />notice regularly given in all respects as required by the statutes <br />and as hereinabove set out and in the files of this proceeding more <br />particularly shown, we do find, declare and ordain that there is <br />and was no protest nor objection, either written or oral, to the <br />annexation of the territory herein described to the City of Santa <br />Aha, that due and regular notice of the time and place of hearing <br />was given as required by law and that said territory is end was <br /> <br />wholly uninhabited and that no person lives thereon; that <br />territory was and is contiguous to the City of Santa Ana, <br />nia. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: <br /> <br />in the County of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Califor- <br /> <br /> That all of the uninhabited territory situated <br />Orange, ~tate of California and described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
