ORDINANCE N0.NS-13 AMENDING SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING ARTICLE IX T~EOF CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND BY AMENDING SHEET NUMBER 23 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana has given notice of public hearings as required by law in connection with an application for change of District classification to cover the property herein described and has duly held two public hearings upon the question of such change and thereafter, by Resolution No. 5~5 recommended the change hereinbelow set out to the City Council for adoption; and W~21EAS, the City Council gave due and regular notice of pub- lic hearing and such public hearing has been regularly held and the Council does now find that public necessity, convenience, and gen- eral welfare require the following amendment and change in the pres- ent classification of the real property hereinafter described and that the uses under the proposed new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property lying in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as: Lots No. 101 t~rough 111, Tract No. 1925 as re- corded in Boo~ 53, Pages 8 and 9, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California be reclassified from R-1 (Single Family Residence District) to the R-3 (Multiple-Family Residence District) and that Sheet Number 23 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Ann Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance end shall cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent, the official newspaper of the City.
