ORDINANCE NO. NS-303AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA <br />MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DTSTRICT BOUNDARIES~ <br />~D AMENDING SHEETS NO. St, ~8~ and 60 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice <br /> <br />of and duly helda public hearing in connection with Amendment No. 243 <br /> <br />initiated by said Com~mission for change of District Classification, <br /> <br />and recommended to the City Council the change herein set out; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said proposal and does now find that public nec- <br /> <br />essity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend- <br /> <br />ment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri- <br /> <br />mental to t he surrounding property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'I~HE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br /> <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL 1. All that property bounded on the north by a line <br />approximately 800 feet north of St. Andrew's Place, on the <br />east by the easterly line of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />right-of-way, on the south by Delhi Road, on the east by a <br />line 60 feet east of the center line of Standard Avenue, <br />measured at right angles; and <br /> <br />PARCEL 2. All taat property north of Delhi Road and east of <br />the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way which was included <br />as a portion of the property annexed to the City of Santa Aha <br />under the name of "South Standard Annex" by 0rdina~ce No. NS- <br />206, adopted September 17, 1956. <br /> <br />PARCEL 3- All that certain property bounded on the north by <br />the north line of Delhi Road, on the east by a line parallel <br />to and distant easterly 660.25 feet, measured at right angles <br />from the easterly line of the Southem Pacific Railroad right- <br />of-way, on the south b~ a line parallel to and distant south- <br />erly 1122 feet from the center line of Delhi Road, and on the <br />west by the westerly line of the Southern Pacific R~lroad <br />right-of-way, <br /> <br />shall be reclassified from R-1 District to M-1 District, and <br /> <br />All of that property bounded on the north by a line approximately <br />325 feet south of the south line of St. Gertrude's Place, on the <br />east by a line parallel to and distant easterly 60 feet, measured <br />at right angles from the center line of Standard Avenue, on the <br />south by a line approximately 550 feet north of the north line <br />of Delhi Road, and on the west by the center line of Standard <br />Avenue~ <br /> <br />be reclassified from M-1 District to R-1 District, and that Sheets <br /> <br /> <br />
