ORDINANCE NO. NS-2475 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ADOPTING SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />NO. 71 (SD-71) AND REZONING PROPERTIES LOCATED <br />AT 1101 THROUGH 1213 NORTH JACKSON STREET <br />FROM NORTH HARBOR SPECIFIC PLAN (SP-2)/SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE TO SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />NO. 71 (AA NO. 2001-02) <br /> <br />CN: 06/25/0'1 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: <br /> <br />Amendment Application No. 2001-02 has been filed with the City of Santa <br />Ana to change the zoning district designation of certain real property <br />located at 1101 through 1213 North Jackson Street, in the City of Santa <br />Ana from North Harbor Specific Plan/Single Family Residence to Specific <br />Development Plan No. 71 (SD-71) which would allow an adult residential <br />care facility as a conditional use. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on May 14, 2001, on Amendment Application No. 2001-02. <br />On June 11, 2001, the Planning Commission determined that Amendment <br />Application No. 2001-02 is consistent with the General Plan of the City of <br />Santa Ana, and recommended that the City Council approve Amendment <br />Application No. 2001-02. <br /> <br />This Council, prior to taking action on this ordinance, has held a duly <br />noticed public hearing, on Amendment Application No. 2001-03. <br /> <br />Specific Development Plan No. 71 (SD-71) as proposed in Amendment <br />Application No. 2001-02 is hereby found and determined to be consistent <br />with the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana and otherwise justified by the <br />public necessity, convenience and general welfare. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Specific Development Plan No. 71, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and <br />incorporated herein, is hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br /> Section 3: That certain real property located at 1101 through 1213 North Jackson <br />Street and designated in Exhibit 1 is hereby reclassified, from North Harbor Specific <br />Plan/Single Family Residence to Specific Development Plan No. 71 (SD-71). <br /> <br /> <br />
