<br />the Minutes of July 6, 1953, reading of the Minutes was
<br />dispensed with and approved on motion of Councilman Jerome,
<br />seconded by Dahl and carried, with the exception of Item 27
<br />on page 421 changing the word "lease' to "agreement#.

<br />"Ordinance amending Chapter 4 of Article VII
<br />of Santa Ana Municipal Code, correcting charges
<br />for the installation of water service and moving

<br />from Minutes of the meeting of the Boundary Commission stating the
<br />Commission finds that the boundaries of the proposed annexation to the
<br />City of the "Baptist Church Annexation" are reasonably definite and

<br />The Council having ~nanimou~ly waived the reading of the Resolution,

<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution proposing to annex territory to the
<br />City of Santa Ana, describing said territory,
<br />giving notice of the time and place of public
<br />hearing where all protests will be heard and
<br />passed upon, and designating the name of "Baptist
<br />Chu~oh Annexation" as an appropriate name for
<br />said territory"
