Hubbard, Stanley C. Gould, Jr., <br />A.A.Hall, J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Eeinly <br />None <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Reverend J.P.Forsander of the First Baptist <br />Church, visiting Minister from Fort Lupton, Colorado. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br />of September 2, 1958, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and <br />approved on motion of Counci!m~n Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried. <br /> <br />Bid acceptance <br />Improvements on <br />Sixth St. and on <br />Hawley St. A.D. No.203 <br />Reso. No. 58-233 <br />Awarding contract <br /> <br />A tabulation of bids was presented for the improvements on Sixth Street and on <br /> <br />Hawley Street, in Assessment District No. 203, as follows: <br /> <br /> Grifflth Company $12,"61~V~50 $15OO.O0 bond <br /> Sully-Miller Contracting Co. 12,~02.00 1700.00 certified check <br /> Cox Bros. Construction Co. ll, 261.00 10% bond <br /> <br />On recommendation of the Nanager and on motion of CouncJ!m~u Gould, seconded by <br /> <br />Hubbard and carried, the low bid of Cox Bros. Construction Co. at the unit prices <br /> <br />shown in the bid and totaling $11,261.00 was accepted, all other bids rejected <br /> <br />and bonds and check returned. The Council having unanimously waived the reading <br /> <br />of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hall, seconded by Markel and carried, <br /> <br />the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 58-233 of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />awarding contract to improve Sixth Street and Hawley Street within <br />the City, in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 58-175" <br /> <br />in Assessment District No. 203, to Cox Bros. Construction Co., in the total amount <br /> <br />of $11,261.00 was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
