Hubbard, stanley C~ Gould, Jr., <br /> Dale H. Heinly, Bob B~eWer, A. A. Hall <br /> <br /> Absent: Councilmen None <br /> <br />iThe Pledge of Allegiance w~s given. <br /> <br /> Invocation was given by Reverend F. Quinn Beebe, Richland Avenue Methodist Church. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />August 1, 1960, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved <br />on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried. <br /> <br />Bid acceptance A tabulation of bids was presented for the furnishing and delivering of <br /> <br />Asphaltic concrete <br />Annual Award <br />1960-61 <br /> <br />ly 6290 tons of 60/70 asphaltic concrete (machine spread), and approximately 1660 <br />tons of 120/150 asphaltic concrete (t~uck spread), as required and estimated to be <br />within the period July 1, 1960 to June 30, 1961, Specification No. ~88-10, as <br /> <br />follows: (Machine Spread) <br /> Item 1 <br />John J. Ccmm. <br /> Ordinance <br /> <br />on North Main Street. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing on Amendment Application No. 313, initiated by <br />the Planning Co~nission, amending Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit 313 A), to <br />reclassify from the R-2 District to the C-2 and R-2B Districts, property bounded <br /> <br />on the east by a line approx!mately 200 feet west of the center line of Wright <br /> <br />Street, on the north by the south line of Tracts 1630 and 1411, on the west by a <br /> <br />line approximately 250 feet east of the center line of McClay Street, and on the <br /> <br />south by a line approximately 150 feet north of First Street; no protests were re- <br /> <br />ceived and the hearing was closed. On motion of CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by <br /> <br />Brewer and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code <br /> to change district classification on Amendment Application <br /> No. 313 and amending Sectional District Map 8-5-9 (Exhibit <br /> 313 A)" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and p~aced on file for second reading. <br /> <br /> <br />
