The contract for <br />plumbing services will provide fixed pricing for both maintenance and <br />emergency services for all City departments up to a maximum of $1,000 <br />per job. To avoid schedule conflicts and allow for rapid response <br />time, an option of two vendors is available. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on March 3 -4, 2004, and bids <br />were solicited.
