Davis as Trustees, for the structure <br />located at 2028 North Victoria Drive. <br /> <br />.Historic Resources Commission Action <br /> <br />Recommended that the City Council direct the City Attorney to prepare and <br />authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement with the Love Revocable Trust, Ron Love and Dianne E. Davis as <br />Trustees, for the structure located at 2028 .North Victoria Drive at its <br />April 1, 2004 meeting by a vote of 8:0 (Chinn absent). <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />At the public hearing on April 1, 2004, the Historic Resources Commission <br />reviewed the proposed Historic Property Preservation Agreement (Mills Act <br />Contract) and concluded that the resulting potential property tax savings <br />would encourage the owner to reinvest the tax savings in the maintenance <br />of their historic property, and would benefit both the owner and the <br />community (Exhibit A). Additionally, the agreement prevents <br />inappropriate alterations. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />25A-1 <br />
