<br />HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM

<br />. WHEREAS, :the Housing Authority of the city of
<br />Santa Ana. ("Housing'Authority") authorized the execution of
<br />a s~ction 23 Housing Assistance Payments Program Annual
<br />contributions Contract' ("Section 23 ACC") with the United'
<br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD")--
<br />by Resolution No. 75-1; and" . .

<br />
<br />\'mEREAS, the Housing Authority authorized its
<br />Chairman to execute a letter agreement terminating the
<br />section 23 ACC by Resolutions No. 77-4 and 80-3; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all assets and cash remaining from the
<br />Section 23 Housing Assistance Payments Progr~~ have been'
<br />disposed of in accordance with BUD requirements; and
<br />
<br />all EUD
