<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, .- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-03 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBITS I AND II <br />TO PART I OF THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM <br />CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT <br />NUMBER SF-503 (V) AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City Qf Santa Ana is <br />authorized to administer the "Housing Assistance Program for the <br />Section 8 Housing Voucher Program II for the united states <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)¡ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (PHA) <br />desires tq enter into an amended Consolidated Annual <br />contributions Contract (CACC) with the united states of America <br />(Government) for the section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HUD requires the section 8 Annual Contributions <br />Contract to be revised so that the amended section 8 Existing <br />Housing Voucher CACC, Part I, consists of the following <br />counterparts: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Part I of the CACC, HUD 52520D (1/90) applicable to the <br />section 8 Existing Housing Voucher program¡ and <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Exhibit I¡ and <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Exhibit II, terminating Project Number <br />and adding Replacement Project Number <br />CA16-V093-025. <br /> <br />CA16-V093-010 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PHA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The amended section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Annual <br />contributions Contract, Part I and Exhibit I and Exhibit II is <br />hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />2. The Chairman of the Housing Authority is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the counterparts of the <br />amended CACC and to take all necessary steps to file said <br />amended CACC and to provide such additional information as may <br />be required. <br />
