<br />MINUTES <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 17, 1975 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of <br />Santa Ana was called to order at 2:10 P.M., by Chairman Harry <br />K. Yamamoto, in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana. Malone, Recording Secretary <br />Representatives of the Press <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The full reading of the <br />Minutes of February 18, <br />1975 meeting was waived <br />unanimously carried (5-0) <br />Commissioner Evans. <br /> <br />and they were approved as mailed, on the <br />motion of Commissioner Ward, seconded by <br /> <br />BILLS AND COM~IDNICATIONS <br /> <br />Nothing to report. <br /> <br />The Executive Director <br />called the Commissioners' <br />attention to the census <br />tract map, in their packets, illustrating the distribution of the <br />100 leased units throughout the City under the Section 23 Leased <br />Housing Program. <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br /> <br />The Executive Director also pointed out on a pin map the area in <br />the central part of the City that houses primarily senior citizens. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REPORT OF DIRECTOR <br />STATUS REPORT <br /> <br />The Status Report, <br />Section 23 Leased <br />Housing Program dated <br />Balance, February 28, 1975, were <br />of Commissioner Garthe, seconded by <br /> <br />March 10,1975 and the Trial <br />received and filed on motion <br />Commissioner Ward. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The proposed budget for <br />the newly approved Section <br />23 Housing Assistance <br />Payments (HAP) Program, which provides 300 leased housing units <br />for low income residents of the City, in the amount of $58,460, <br />for the last quarter of fiscal year 1974-75, was unanimously <br />approved on motion of Commissioner Garthe, seconded by Commissioner <br />Ward. <br /> <br />PROPOSED BUDGET <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-2 <br />BANK OF TOKYO DEPOSITORY <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE <br />SANTA ANA HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />AUTHORIZING GENERAL <br />DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROJECT NO. CAL 93-1 AND CAL 93-4, was read by title only on the <br />unanimo us ly approved motion of Commis s ioner Ward seconded by Com- <br />missioner Griset. The Resolution was adopted on motion of Com- <br />missioner Garthe, seconded by Commissioner Ward and carried on the <br />following roll call vote: <br /> <br />. <br />
