RESOLUTION NO. 88-16 RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE PROJECT BASE YEAR ASSESSMENT ROLL, AND RATIFYING STAFF FILING OF INFORMATION REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 33327 AND 33328 OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LAW, AND PAYMENT OF A FILING FEE TO THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 87-8, adopted on August 10, 1987, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana selected and designated the boundaries of the redevelopment project area for the Bristol Corridor Redevelopment Project, approved the Preliminary Plan for the Project, and directed that the Preliminary Plan be submitted to the Agency; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 87-16, adopted on August 18, 1987, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana received the Preliminary Plan approved by the Planning Commission and established the 1987-88 assessment roll as the Base Year Assessment Roll proposed to be used for the allocation of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 and 33670.5 of the Community Redevelopment Law; and WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency now intends to change the Base Year Assessment Roll proposed to be used for the allocation of taxes from the 1987-88 assessment roll to the 1988-89 assessment roll. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, California as follows: 1. The 1988-89 assessment roll is the Base Year Assessment Roll the Agency proposes to use for the allocation of taxes pursuant to Section 33670 and 33670.5 of the Community Redevelopment Law. 2. The payment of necessary filing fees and transmittal by the Executive Director of the Agency of information required by Sections 33327 and 33328 of the Community Redevelopment Law with the appropriate taxing agency governing bodies, taxing officials, and the State Board of Equalization is hereby ratified. 20I6.sna/4 08l888/bl Îil
