<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />--, <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />December 28,1976 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency was <br />called to order by Chairman John Garthe at 5:00 P.M. in the <br />City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana. After <br />the pledge to the Flag, roll was called: <br /> <br />PRESENT <br /> <br />ABSENT <br /> <br />John Garthe <br />Gordon Bricken <br />Vernon Evans <br />James Ward <br />David Brandt <br />Harry Yamamoto <br />David Ortiz <br /> <br />Others in attendance: <br /> <br />Richard E. Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Susan F. Shick, Assistant to Executive Director <br />Stacey Creveston, Secretary <br />Bruce Spragg, City Manager <br />Ron Wolford, Assistant City Manager <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br />Howard Way, Project Area Committee <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting held on December 6, <br />1976 and the Regular Meeting held on November 23,1976 were approved <br />upon the motion of Mr. Ortiz, seconded by Mr. Bricken and carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Yamamoto and carried <br />unanimously to authorize the Executive Director to make rental assis- <br />tance payments to tenants residing at the following: <br /> <br /> 508 W. Second Street $3,132.00 <br /> 210 N. Ross Street $4,000.00 <br /> 510 W. Second Street $2,928.00 <br /> 212 N. Ross Street $4,000.00 <br />REPORT OF DEMOLITION - SECOND PHASE SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Yamamoto and <br />carried unanimously to receive and file the Report of Demolition- <br />Second Phase Senior Citizen Housing. <br /> <br />PARKING STRUCTURE - FASHION SQUARE <br /> <br />The Executive Director reported that unofficially, the Agency was <br />awarded the $3,500,000 grant from EDA for the parking structure in <br />Fashion Square Shopping Center. The Executive Director reported <br />that the Agency had advertised for bids for building the structure <br />and that Emkay Development submitted the lowest bid. <br />
