Goblirsch, Executive Director <br />Tom Hammill, Real Estate Agent <br />Stacey Creveston, Secretary <br />Bruce Spragg, City Manager <br />Keith Gow, City Attorney <br />Gail Hutton, Deputy City Attorney <br />Hal Stokes, Deputy City Attorney <br />Lynn O'Dell, The Register <br />John Dykstra, Economics Research Associates <br />Richard Mickley, Stanford Research Institute <br />Bill Hill, Redevelopment Commission <br />Hector Godinez, Redevelopment Commission <br />Ted Jessee, Redevelopment Commission <br />John Coil, Redevelopment Commission <br />Dan Toal, Real Property Agent, Orange County <br />Billy Hall, City Center Association <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Regular Meeting held on June 22,1976 and <br />the Special Meeting held on July 6,1976 were approved as read <br />upon the motion of Mr. Ward, seconded by Mr. Brandt and carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT - FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS FOR PERFORMING ARTS/SPORTS COMPLEX <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Evans, seconded by Mr. Ward and carried <br />unanimously by a roll call vote to concur with the Commission's <br />recommendation in selecting Economics Research Associates to <br />perform the feasibility analysis for the Performing Arts/Sports <br />Complex, and authorize the Executive Director to prepare and bring <br />back a contract with Economics Research Associates. <br />
