<br />06/1lI02LS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ADOPTING LOCAL RELOCATION <br />GUIDELINES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Findinqs. The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana <br />conclusively finds, determines and declares as follows: <br /> <br />a. Pursuant to California Law, including but not limited to Government Code <br />section 7276(a), public entities such as the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana ("Agency"), which acquire private property for public projects must in certain defined <br />circumstances offer relocation assistance to persons displaced by the project and make certain <br />payments for relocation. <br /> <br />b. In order to implement these requirements, it is appropriate for the Agency <br />to adopt relocation guidelines. <br /> <br />c. Attached to this resolution, and incorporated herein by this reference, are <br />the current State Relocation Guidelines. <br /> <br />2. Adoption of Relocation Guidelines. The State of California Relocation <br />Guidelines, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted as the Agency's local relocation <br />guidelines.
