Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2005-64 as conditioned. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving variance No. 2005-65 as conditioned. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />On December 12, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council adopt a resolution approving variance No. 2005-64 as conditioned <br />and adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2005-65 as conditioned by a <br />vote of 7:0 to allow a reduction in required parking and to allow units <br />smaller than allowed by code at an existing apartment complex in the <br />Multiple Family Residence (R3) zoning district at 1501 North Ross Street <br />(Exhibit A).
