All equipment and <br />piping is currently located outdoors within a secured site. The pumping <br />equipment is worn and deteriorated from years of operation and exposure <br />to the elements; the electrical panels and wiring are obsolete and <br />operate inefficiently; and the site paving is badly deteriorated. The <br />project provides for replacement of the pumping and electrical <br />equipment, construction of a pump station building and reconstruction of <br />the site pavement. <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on October 29 and 31, 2008, and <br />bids were opened on December 8, 2008.
