Approve the proposed fiscal year 2009-2010 Community Development <br />Block Grant Program, as amended. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the approved program to the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for <br />the City's fiscal year 2009-2010 allocation of Community <br />Development Block Grant funds and execute the grant agreement with <br />the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />3.
