• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-13 <br />AK - 09/XX/09 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING NEIGHBORHOOD <br />PROJECT REVIEW NO. 2009-06 TO ALLOW EXTERIOR <br />REPAIRS TO RESIDENCE AND CONSTRUCTION OF <br />NEW GARAGE FOR 830 NORTH LACY STREET WHICH <br />IS LOCATED WITHIN SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT ZONE <br />NO. 19 (SD-19) <br />C~ <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. The Property Owner is requesting approval of Neighborhood Project <br />Review No. 2009-06 to allow exterior repairs and construction of a new <br />garage for the property located at 830 North Lacy Street which is located <br />within the Specific Development 19 (SD-19) Zoning District (French Park). <br />B. The French Park Neighborhood Architectural Review Committee has <br />reviewed the proposal and has communicated its support of the project. <br />C. Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-593.5(c) requires the Planning <br />Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area <br />to ensure that the project is in conformity with the approved Specific <br />Development. <br />D. The Planning Commission after considering all of the evidence submitted, <br />finds and determines that Neighborhood Project Review No. 2009-06 <br />project is consistent with the French Park zoning provisions and Historic <br />French Park Architectural Design Guidelines. <br />E. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, this project <br />has been determined to be a Categorical Exemption per section 15301, as <br />a restoration or rehabilitation of a deteriorated or damaged structure, and <br />per section 15332 as an in-fill development project consistent with the <br />General Plan and adequately served by utility/public services. A Notice of <br />Exemption will be filed for this project. Environmental Review No. 2009- <br />119will be filed for this project. <br />• Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby approves Neighborhood Project <br />Review No. 2009-06. This decision is based upon but is not limited to: the Request for <br />Resolution No. 2009-13 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
