• Kdo/3/18/02 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2002-05 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW NO. 2002-02 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1450 SOUTH AUTO MALL <br />DRIVE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, <br />determines and declares as follows: <br />A. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by <br />the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan <br />area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Plan. <br />B. The zoning designation for the subject property is Specific Development <br />Plan No. 60 (SD-60). <br />C. Site Plan Review No. 2002-02 came before the Planning Commission of <br />• the City of Santa Ana on March 25, 2002. <br />D. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards such <br />as the Santa Ana Auto Mall Specific Development Plan and the Auto Mall <br />Design Guidelines (SD-60). <br />E. The project has been determined to be in compliance with applicable <br />parking, landscaping and architectural provisions governing the project. <br />F. As required by the provisions of SD- 60, this project was presented to the <br />various members of the Santa Ana Auto Mall Dealers Association in order to <br />obtain their approval of the project. After reviewing the project, the dealers <br />association has fully endorsed this project <br />G. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />request is not considered a project. No further action is required. <br />• <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby <br />approves Site Plan Review No. 2002-02 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br />Resolution No. 2002-05 <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
