MINUTES OF THE REOVLAR NEETINO <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 25, 1996 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana Planning Commission was called to order by <br />Madam Chair Brown at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, Room 147 Santa Ana, California. Other Commissioners present included: <br />Nalle, Oliver, Doughty, Pedroza, Segura, and Mondo arrived at 6:10 p.m. Also in <br />attendance were Robyn Uptegraff, Executive Director; Kenneth Adams, Planning <br />Manager; Gary Sheatz, Deputy City Attorney; Larry Yenglin, Associate Planner; Tom <br />Childress, Associate Planner; Chad Beckstrom, Intern; Pam Lucado, Public Works <br />Agency; Mike McCoy and Yolanda Pena, Police Department; and Sharon McCain-Johnson, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />A. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 90-01 (Tom Childress) <br />Annual review of Conditional Use Permit No. 90-01 to allow indoor <br />entertainment located at 2323-2345 Weat First Street <br />Receive and file the staff report for the annual review of Conditional Uae <br /> Permit No. 90-1. <br /> D. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 92-10 (Tom Childress) <br /> Annual review of Conditional Use Permit No. 92-10 to allow a transmission <br /> service and repair shop located at 2005 North Tustin, dFD. <br /> RECOMMBNDATION: <br /> Receive and file the staff report for the annual review of Conditional Use <br /> Permit No. 92-10. <br /> E. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 92-17 (Tom Childress) <br /> Annual review of Conditional Use Permit No. 95-17 to allow the sale of beer <br /> and wine for on-premise consumption at the Manuela Calderon Taqueria <br /> Guadalajara Restaurant located at 1320 East Edinger Avenue. <br /> RECOIOtENDATION: <br /> Receive and file the staff report for the annual review of Conditional Use <br /> Permit No. 92-17. <br /> F. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 92-19 (Tom Childress) <br /> Annual review of Conditional Uae Permit No. 92-19 to allow the sale of beer <br /> and wine for on-premise consumption for the Topaz Restaurant located at 2002 <br /> North Main Street. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Receive and file the staff report for the annual review of Conditional Use <br /> Permit No. 92-19. <br /> O.
