Approval of the Minutes from the Regular Meeting of October 13, 1997. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 13, 1997. <br />B. Reconsideration of actions taken at the previous meeting. <br />C. NEIGFIBORHOOD PROTECT REVIEW NO. 97-07 (Vince Fregoso) <br />Filed by Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange to construct a three car garage and carport, and rebuild a <br />porch, deck, and stairway at an existing single family residence located at 414 South Broadway in <br />the Specific Development 40 zoning district. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Neighborhood Project Review No. 97-07. <br />D. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 97-OS (Bill Apple) <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to require a Land Use Certificate and adopt minimum design standards <br />for exterior vending machines and coin operated devices citywide. <br />LEGALLY NOTICED: October 12, 1997 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Continue Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 97-08 indefinitely. <br />E.
