Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. <br />C. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0.95-03 <br />' To conduct a review of the conditional use permit for the Main Ranch Market located at 1303 North Main <br />Street. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Receive and file the January 2000 review of Conditional Use Permit No. 99-34. <br />D. ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N0.99-09 <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to amend the Central Business (C3) and the Central Business-Artists Village <br />(C3-A) districts to prohibit drive-through establishments. <br />PUBLISHED IN THE REGISTER: December 16, 1999 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Continue Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 99-09 to January 24, 2000. <br />E.
