Aouroval of the Minutes from the study session of Septem r 15, 1999. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of September 15~ 1999. <br />' 2. Historic Resources Commission Objectives for 1999-2000 <br />The Commission and staff discussed, developed, and priori[' ed the objectives for the 1999- <br />2000 year. <br />4. Comments from the Historic Resources Commission.
