The Historic Resources Commissian of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br />A. On October 1, 2009, the Historic Resources Commission held a duly <br />noticed public hearing for the placement n the Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Properties (Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2009-11 and categorization (Historic Resources Commission <br />Categorization No. 2009-11) of the Fipps-Fink House, located at 602 <br />South Broadway, Santa Ana. <br />B. The Fipps-Fink House was built in 1912, and is a Craftsman Bungalow. <br />C. Character defining features of this residence include clapboard siding and <br />wood shingling, exposed rafter tails and diamond patterned muntins. <br />D. This house qualifies for designation as Contributive because it "is a good <br />example of period architecture" and "contributes to the overall character <br />and history" of Heninger Park. <br />E. The legal owner of the subject property is Armin Schwegler. <br />F. The legal description for the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br />G. The subject property meets the minimal standards for placement on the <br />City of Santa Ana Register of Historic Properties pursuant to Section 30-2 <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />H.
