ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 16, 2009 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2009 -21 <br />10:36 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Carlos Guaman, Jalil Arshi and Jesus Payan, Tacos Sinaloa; <br />Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Yolanda Pena and Mike McCoy, Police Department; <br />and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Verny Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Police Condition No. 5 was modified to not allow strolling musicians to play music at the <br />premises. Mr. Klotz informed the applicant that a violation could potentially bring the <br />application back to the Zoning Administrator for revocation. <br />Police Condition No. 19 was also modified to include the entire property must conform <br />to the provisions. Mr. McCoy added that this condition must be met prior to the <br />issuance of the Letter of Approval to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Mr. Klotz <br />also requested that graffiti at the site be removed prior to issuing the letter. <br />Mr. Klotz inquired if the applicants read and agreed to the conditions.
