ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />MARCH 26, 2014 <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2014 -01 <br />10:35 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Rick Dayton, Shirley Dayton, Bonnie Brown and Robert Kunzman, <br />Applicants; Ali Pezeshkpour, Assistant Planner I; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn <br />Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />An email from David Canzoneri of Far West Management Corporation was received in <br />opposition to the project. <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />The applicants stated their agreement to the conditions. <br />Discussion followed regarding the parking and its impact to the Aspens Apartments. Ms. <br />Brown stated she was not aware of any parking issues caused by the commercial center at the <br />apartment site but there were occasions when residents have parked at the community center <br />and that there are no street parking and residents have to park inside the apartment complex. <br />The Zoning Administrator noted the parking analysis /study indicated more than sufficient <br />parking on site. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2014 -01 as <br />conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:51 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Maagalon <br />Recording Secretary <br />mAza \minules\2014 \140326 ZAminutes 1401 WMac Arthur <br />
