ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JANUARY 15, 2014 <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2013 -02 <br />10:36 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Brian Rivera and Celia Galindo, Applicants; Hally Soboleske, <br />Associate Planner; Ivan Orozco, Planning Technician; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn <br />Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Ms. Soboleske presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />The Zoning Administrator added the following conditions: a recorded covenant shall be filed <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit and that either the primary or second dwelling unit <br />shall be owner occupied; the current 1,610 square feet open space as designated on the plans <br />shall remain; and make architectural elements such as porch, windows, roof, exterior finish, <br />trims, etc. complementary to both the primary residence and second dwelling unit prior to <br />submittal into plan check.
