ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />MARCH 6, 2013 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2013 -01 <br />10:47 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Brandon Fender, Jason Saenz and Joshua Long, Applicants; <br />Hally Soboleske, Associate Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police <br />Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. Ms. Soboleske noted that Tish Leon inquired <br />about the project and stated her support. <br />Ms. Soboleske presented the staff report. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the applicant read the report and conditions; Mr. <br />Fender stated he reviewed the report and conditions and have no issues with it. <br />Discussion and clarification was made regarding the off -sale and on -sale component of <br />the project, the micro - brewery concept, the floor plan, and the beverage quantities. <br />The Police Department requested the addresses for the Placentia and Anaheim micro - <br />breweries that Mr. Saenz mentioned to allow the department to research and contact <br />those Police representatives. <br />The Zoning Administrator offered thoughts on the conditions and ensure proper use of <br />the business for future operators. <br />Since the Type 23 ABC license is the first to be considered within the city and its unique <br />ability to allow on and off sale, the Zoning Administrator remanded Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2013 -01 to the March 25, 2013 Planning Commission meeting as a public <br />hearing. <br />The hearing adjourned at 11:27 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mAZalminutes12013 \3 -0 -13 CUP13 -01 Good Beer ABC.min <br />
