ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 17, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -21 <br />10:40 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Roberta Hurtado, Applicant; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; <br />Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and <br />Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation for approval <br />The Police Department recommended Police Condition No. 9 be modified to allow <br />alcohol sales from 9:00 a.m. to midnight. <br />The Police Department noted Police Condition No. 16 and separated the review period <br />requirement from the lighting standards requirement; and reminded the applicant that <br />the lighting standards be up to code prior to the issuance of letter of approval to the <br />Alcohol Beverage Control Board. <br />The applicant stated her understanding and agreement to all of the conditions. <br />The applicant inquired about limits on karaoke and was informed of potential future <br />entertainment regulations and the conditions require compliance with code. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2012 -21 with amended conditions. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:56 a.m. <br />Joce yn galona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za \mimAes\2012U0-17 -12 CUP 12-21 Taqueria AS pules ABC. min <br />
