ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 28, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -26 <br />10:46 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Jerry Helguero and Rosalia Munoz Applicants; Vince Fregoso, <br />Principal Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, <br />City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Mr. Fregoso presented the staff report and recommendation for approval <br />Condition No. 15 was modified to not allow amusement machines or video games on <br />the premises at any time. <br />The Police Department referred to Condition No. 16 and noted that all entertainment will <br />be required to have a permit. The applicants were also made aware of Condition No. <br />22 that the parking lot lighting must be up to code prior to the issuance of a Letter of <br />Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board. <br />The Zoning Administrator clarified the importance of compliance with code, and noted <br />illegal banners and directed staff to contact Code Enforcement to take appropriate <br />action.
