ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 28, 2012 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2012 -25 <br />10:33 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Joe Rodriguez, Salvador Gonzalez, Applicants; Ann Ni, <br />Associate Planner; Mike McCoy and Eileen Greene, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, <br />City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />There were no written communications. <br />Ms. Ni presented the staff report and recommendation for approval <br />The Police Department noted Condition No. 17 and explained that all entertainment will <br />be required to have a permit. The Police Department also noted Condition No. 23 and <br />stated that the parking lot lighting must be up to code prior to the issuance of a Letter of <br />Approval to the Alcohol Beverage Control Board. <br />Condition No. 16 was modified to not allow amusement machines and video games in <br />the premises at any time. <br />Condition No. 23(f) was amended to reflect the contact as the Public Works Agency. <br />The applicants stated their understanding and agreement to all of the conditions. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2012 -25 with amended conditions. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:45 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za \mim.nes\2012 \11 -28 -12 CUP 12-25 Los Corales ABC. min <br />
