ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />• MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 26, 2011 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2011 -09 <br />10:40 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Josefat Zamora and Paul Sepulveda, Applicants; Leticia Lopez, <br />Lisann Martinez and David Lopez, Residents; Verny Carvajal, Senior Planner; Yolanda Pena <br />and Mike McCoy, Police Department; Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />Verny Carvajal presented the staff report and recommendation for approval to amend existing <br />conditions to extend the hours of operation to 2:00 a.m. and allow live music. <br />One written communication was received From Steve McGuigan with concerns regarding <br />noise and safety. Mr. Carvajal noted he received several calls stating similar concerns. <br />Leticia Lopez and Lisann Martinez stated their support of the applicant's request. <br />David Lopez stated his opposition to the project and provided pictures of the business <br />showing unpermitted window signs. <br />Yolanda Pena requested the condition banning dancing on the premises remain. Ms. Pena <br />also asked for a continuance in order to investigate the signage and advertising of alcohol <br />sales. <br />The Zoning Administrator recalled at the original meeting allowing the item to return after a <br />six month time frame and compliance with the conditions of approval. <br />The Zoning Administrator continued the amendment of conditions to Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2011 -09 to November 2, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. <br />The hearing adjourned at 11:16 a.m. <br />Jocelyn M ' alon <br />Recording Secretary <br />mr\za \minutes\2011 \10 -26 -11 CUP11 -09 Mariscos Zamora ABC.min <br />• <br />
