ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 15, 2010 <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2010 -17 <br />10:39 a.m. <br />Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Jeff Hall and Jeffrey Jensen, Applicants; Ryan Hodge, Deputy <br />City Attorney; Yolanda Pena, Police Department; Hally Soboleske, Associate Planner; <br />and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />Hally Soboleske made a brief presentation and recommendation. <br />Ms. Soboleske stated she received a call from the Santa Ana Unified School District <br />stating there is a school in the vicinity. <br />Mr. Fregoso explained the reason for remanding the project to the Planning <br />Commission.
