ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />APRIL 8, 2015 <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2015 -02 <br />10:33 a.m. <br />Verny Carvajal, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Macda Gabrakirstos and Cruz Ramirez, Applicants; Hally Soboleske, <br />Associate Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Ms. Soboleske gave an update on the revised plans that provided a 20 foot open space <br />between the existing house and second unit as well as a reduced garage size to be consistent <br />with the second dwelling standards. <br />The Zoning Administrator inquired if the Heninger Park Association was informed of the <br />project. Ms. Soboleske noted the president was in support of the project. <br />The Zoning Administrator thanked the applicants for the revised plans and indicated that a <br />covenant be filed with the City affirming that one of the units be owner occupied. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2015 -02 as <br />conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:39 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />kg\za \minutes \2015 \150408_ZAMin utes_5265 Broadway <br />
