ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />MAY 11, 2016 <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2016-01 <br />10:35 a.m. <br />Verny Carvajal, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 1600. <br />Also in attendance were: Mindy Andrews, Applicant; Mr. Arturo, Resident; Melanie McCann, <br />Senior Planner; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Ms. McCann presented the staff report. <br />Mr. Arturo stated his support for the project. <br />Ms. Andrews provided background of the foundation as well as pictures of the site. <br />Condition No. 3 was modified to state continuous landscaping in all areas of the chain link <br />fence be included. Condition No. 5 was added that should the chain link fence become <br />unusable due to age or disrepair, it will be replaced with wrought iron as originally planned. <br />Ms. Andrews stated her agreement to the modified conditions. <br />The Zoning Administrator noted it made sense to maintain the existing mature <br />vines/landscaping and adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2016-01 with <br />modified conditions. <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:55 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />kg\za\minutes\2016\160511 _ZAMinutes_403NSusan <br />
