TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2017-01 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3, 2} <br /> <br />Legal noticed published in the Orange County Reporter on February 3, 2017 and notices <br />mailed on February 3, 2017. <br /> <br />Assistant Planner II Orozco described the project and recommended the adoption of a <br />resolution approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 2017-01 as conditioned. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Carvajal opened the Public Hearing. The following spoke on the <br />matter: <br /> <br /> James Owens: Expressed concern with potential negative impacts on his property. <br /> <br /> Kurt Rice: Opposed the architectural style proposed by the applicant; requested that <br />the applicant maintain architectural continuity of the neighborhood; requested a traffic <br />study be conducted. <br /> <br /> Timothy Steele: Expressed concern with potential financial impacts on his home and <br />the impact of construction on the neighborhood. <br /> <br /> Terri Steele: Expressed concern for the scale of the proposed property and multi- <br />tenant issues; inquired about the impacts of construction on the neighborhood and <br />financial impacts on her home. <br />
