That the public peace, health, safety, c, omfort, convenience, <br />interest and welfare require and there are hereby reestablished -~ continued <br />~11 those setback lines hereimbelow set out, except that portion between Bristol <br />and Baker Street on the North side of West ~eventeenth Street, and there is <br />hereby ests~lished a new setback line in said last mentioned area, al 1 in accord- <br />ance with the notice contained in Resolution No. 55-52 and in accordance with <br />recommendation from the Planning Co,~ ssion. <br /> <br /> S~CTION 2. That sub-paragraph (d) of ~ection 9150 of Part 2, Chapter 1, <br />Article 9 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(d) West Seventeenth Street, on both sides, from Flower Street <br /> <br /> to the West City Limits, 50 feet from the surveyed center line, except <br /> that on the North side from Bristol Street West to a point 138.71 feet <br /> East of the surveyed center line of Aloha Street the setback line sba11 <br /> be 1~0 feet North of the surveyed center line of West Seventeenth $treet <br /> measured at right angles and except that on the North side from Bristol <br /> ~treet to Baker Street the setback line shall be 60 feet North of the <br /> surveyed center line of W~=eventee~hStreet measured at right angles." <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council s~-I ~ certify to the passage of this <br />Oz~Bance a~d sba11 cause the same to be published within 15 days after its <br />adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent.
