Fill should be compacted by mechanical <br />means in uniform horizontal loose lifts <br />not exceeding 8 inches in thickness. <br />c. All fills should be placed and all <br />grading performed in accordance with the <br />requirements of the regulating agency. <br />7.2.5 Fill Material <br />a.
