EXPEDITED PERMIT PRoCESS FoR PV SYSTEMS <br />STANDARD STRING SYSTEM <br />The Solar America Board for Codes and Srandards (Solar ABCS) Expedired permir pro- <br />cess provides a means ro differentiate systems that can be permitted quickly and easily <br />due to their similariry with rhe majoriry oI small-sc4e PV sysrems. Those sysrems with <br />unique characteristics may be handled with small additions ro rhis Expedited Permit <br />Process or may require much more information, depending on the uniqueness of the <br />installation. <br />The following pages conEin lorms for rhe SEndard String Sysrem ro use wirh the Expe- <br />dited Permit Process. The Micro-lnverrer, AC Module, and Supply-Side Connecrion forms <br />are also available as interacrive PDF Files at www.solarabcs.org/permitting In jurisdic- <br />tions that have adopted rhe Expedired Permir Process for PV Sysrems, rhese forms can <br />be filled out electronically and submitted in either printed form and via email.
