This letter confirms the site address for a <br />new warehouse/distribution building at 511 North Grand Avenue Santa Ana, CA 92701. <br /> <br />Lot Line Adjustment No. 2020-02 was recorded on October 16, 2020 to reconfigure the lots to <br />allow for demolition of the existing production facility and construction of a new <br />warehouse/distribution building. Please note there is no address change proposed for the existing <br />office building and parking structure at 625 North Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />Please update your records accordingly.
