As such, this buildj.nt is subject to the provisions of Arricle XIof Chapter 6 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />0n Februarv 19, 1930, the Cit! Council of the City of Santa Ana adopted 0rdinance <br />iio, l(S-1.516. This Ordinance, entitled "Earthquake Hazard Reduction in Existing <br />Bul1di.ngs" added Article XI, consisting of Sections 8-2000 to 8-2007, to Chapter 8 <br />of the Santa Ana Hunicipal Code. 0n September 8, 1981 , the City Council adopted <br />Ordinance No. NS-I598, uhich amended Article XI of Chapter I of the Municipal Code <br />b)' amending Sectjons 8-2002, 8-2004, 8-2005 and 8-2006, and by adding Section 8-2004.5 <br />thereto, 0n March 14, 1983, the Cit)' Council adopted Ordinance No, NS-l673, vhlch <br />amendeC Article XI of Chapter 8 of the Municipal Code by amending Sections 8-2003, <br />8-2006 and 8-2007, and by adding Sections 8-2003.I, 8-2003.5, and 8-2004.1 thereto. <br />Hereafier in this Notice. 0rdinance lio, NS-1518, as amended by Ordlnances Nos. NS-1518 <br />and 115-1673 vili be referred to as the City's "Seismic Safety 0rdinance", <br />The owner is required to have a structural analysis nade of the building by a licensed <br />strucEural engineer, cir j.1 engineer or archilect, This structural analysis is to be <br />submitted to the Deparlment of Planning E Development Services for reviey within tvo <br />hundred and seventy (27C) days froar and after the date of service of the Director's <br />initial Notice.
