No.005 185 28 The purpose of this letter is to aSain inform you of the requirenents of the City of Santi Lnats Seisrnic Safety 0rdi;ance (Article XI Chapter 8, Santa Ana Municipal Code). The tine for submittal for an application for an appeal or for alternate classifi- cation or for a permit for partial repairs as provided for in the Ordinance has expired. This letter is to lnform you that under the provisions of the ordinance the ovner is required to provide a structural analysiS prepared by a licensed siructural engineer, civil engineir or architect. This structural analysis, toS,ether with plans and ca1- culationl necessary for corrective vork, is tc be subnitted to the Cityrs Deparlnent of Planning and Develo accomplish the necessa required alterations m the pernit !s issued, ments of the Ordinance pment Services for reviev by April 24, 1984.
