The Notice also stated that the owner is re- <br />quired to provide a structural analysis from a Iicensed <br />itructural or civil engineer or an architect within 270 days <br />of the date of Notice. A Permit to correct the deficiencies <br />in the building was to be obtained not later than one year <br />from the date of Notice. The required alterations were to <br />be begun within 180 days of issuance of the permit and the <br />building corrected to meet the minimum standards of the <br />ordinance within three years of service of the initial <br />Notice.
