<br />OPERATING AGREEMENT <br /> of <br />Debwany Apartments LLC <br />This Operating Agreement (the "Agreement") made and entered into this 17th day of April, 2019 (the <br />"Execution Date"), <br />BY: <br /> Jamal Hasan of 115 Doverwood, Irvine, CA 92620 <br />(the "Member"). <br />BACKGROUND: <br />A.The Member wishes to be the sole member of a limited liability company. <br />B.The terms and conditions of this Agreement will govern the Member within the limited liability <br />company. <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF and as a condition of the Member entering into this Agreement and other <br />valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the Member agrees as <br />follows: <br />Formation <br />1.By this Agreement, the Member forms a Limited Liability Company (the "Company") in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of California.
