<br />consent or vote of the sole Member. <br />Purpose <br />4.Multi-Family Rental Property. <br />Term <br />5.The Company will continue until terminated as provided in this Agreement or may dissolve under <br />conditions provided in the Act. <br />Place of Business <br />6.The Principal Office of the Company will be located at 2935 North Mountain ave, San <br />Bernardino, CA 92404 or such other place as the Member may from time to time designate. <br />Capital Contributions <br />7.The following table shows the Initial Contributions of the Member.
